Return & Refund Policy

Each MoonCrafted piece is handmade with love, so small variations are part of its charm. Still, we want you to feel happy and cared for when you shop with us. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, or refunds may be possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or slight variations in color, texture, or shape that are natural to handmade items. However, we may offer a solution in cases where the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.

2. Time Frame

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. After this period, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us at mooncraftedofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue. Once we review your request, we will let you know if you are eligible for a replacement, or a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, personalized or custom-made items and items on final sale or clearance are usually non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged on arrival or incorrect.

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will share instructions by email. In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Depending on the reason, return shipping costs may be covered by us for damaged/incorrect items or paid by the customer for other approved cases.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable time, subject to your bank or payment provider’s timelines.

7. Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel, email us as soon as possible at mooncraftedofficial@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
