Thank you for shopping with MoonCrafted. Every piece is crafted with care, and we want your order to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed and usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy seasons, sales, or launches, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll let you know by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship using trusted courier partners within India.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping or special shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email (and tracking details, if available from the courier).
If you have any trouble with tracking, you can contact us at mooncraftedofficial@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may ask you to pay additional shipping charges to resend it.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack your items with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item.
We’ll review the case and do our best to help with a replacement or another suitable solution.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us if it’s still unresolved.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within India.
